**Charlotte Ledoux** is a Data & AI Governance expert who helps organizations turn governance from a compliance exercise into something their business teams actually use. She works with data leaders on strategy, operating models, roles and responsibilities, and the day-to-day mechanics of making data trustworthy at scale.
